GENERAL 

Does Bent Basket fit a front rack? 

Short answer: yes. So as long as you have a front-rack with a flat surface that can accommodate the dimensions of the basket (16.5in x 13.5in) and use the mounting hardware we've provided it Should. Let us know if you have further questions, [email protected] 

I already have a rear rack, can I use Bent Basket?

Of course. Simply place the basket on your rack and affix the mounting hardware. Your Bent Basket assembly shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.  

I don't have a rear rack, what do I do? 

Well in order to use Bent Basket you're going to need a rear rack. You can buy one from our friends at PUBLIC or from Origin8. Your local bike store should have a few options for you as well and be able to help you install it on your bike. 

ORDERING

What payment options do you offer?
You can securely pay with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card. Once we’ve processed your order, we’ll make sure there is no trace of your credit card information.

Do you guys accept cashier's check or money orders?
At this time, Bent Basket does not accept cashier's checks or money orders.

Do you accept international credit cards?
Why yes we do. Bent Basket accepts international credit cards so as long they have a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery card logo. Remember, if you use an international credit card we can only ship to an address in the continental United States at this time.

I got my basket and it’s not what I wanted. 
We apologize in advance if the item you ordered was not what you expected. We offer a 100% guarantee that you'll love Bent Basket within 30-days or your money back. Email us at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you within a day. Make sure you have ready the order number and date of purchase. Be specific with your level of dissatisfaction--we want to learn from our mistakes and make sure you have a great experience next time.

I really need to cancel my order, sorry Bent Basket...
No worries, we understand. Email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of making your order. Give us your order number as well as the date of purchase for the item(s) you'd like to cancel.

SHIPPING

What are my shipping options?
We provide free shipping to customers in the United States. We’ll ship with a common carrier and try to stick with that carrier for most items. Right now we are working with UPS and USPS, but this could change to save on costs. 

After making your order, give us 2-3 business days to process your order. Patience is the key to success.

We'll do our best to provide 2-day shipping so you can get to strapping down your stuff and riding. 

How do I track my order?
As soon as Bent Basket is ready to ship, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking number. Click on the link and it will take you directly to USPS or UPS websites.

How come my state/province/country is not listed?
We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, China, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, Singapore, Brazil, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates.

RETURNS

Oh no! I ordered a basket and was looking forward to using it but it came damaged in the mail. What do I do?
We do our best to make sure this doesn’t happen. But if for some strange reason a basket is damaged at your doorstep, please please please take a picture of the product(s) and write to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the item. This helps us claim the damage from one of our trusted carriers and make sure you either get your item or get a credit in a timely fashion.

Can I return/exchange an item?
Bent Basket's return/exchange policy is simple: if you are not 100% satisfied with our basket within 30-days, we promise a refund, credit or exchange.

We only ask that returns/exchanges are:

Used baskets will be subject to a $9.99 processing fee upon return.

We'll gladly send you via email a return label with the appropriate information on how to return/exchange your item. To initiate an exchange or a return, please send an email to [email protected] that includes your order number, the condition of your basket, and reason for return.

Where are you guys located?

Bent Basket is designed in Brooklyn, NYC. Our operations and warehouse is in sunny California.

Who runs Bent Basket? 

Both Faris Elmasu and David Haddad own and operate Bent Basket. Faris handles design and manufacturing. David handles operations and marketing. 

When did you get started? 

Bent Basket was conceived by Faris during a school project back in 2010 in the Bay Area. It's since been tested in Paris and refined in Brooklyn, NYC.
